Our return policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
- Return merchandise will need to be in the original new unopened condition.
- Please contact CGO by email @ email@example.com within 45 days of receipt. We will then respond with the procedure for shipping your return merchandise to CGO.
- Reimbursement will only be for the cost of goods, not for shipping expenses.
- Items sold together as a set must be returned as a set.
- Defective or damaged merchandise will be replaced with the same product. Please contact us within 7 days with any concerns that arise.
- Personalized items will not be refunded except when the personalization on the product is defective.
- DVDs, CDs, computer software, and other media merchandise may not receive a refund if packaging is opened, with the exception of defective items.
- Once you send an email notifying us of your return, you will receive a reply email and be given instructions for returning your item.
- Please allow 1-3 weeks for the return to be received and processed. An email confirmation will be sent once we receive your return or exchange.
